Spirit Airlines Uses Marijuana Marketing to Sell Flights

While most of mainstream America are just trying to wrap their heads around Colorado's new legal marijuana laws, Spirit Airlines is embracing it as an opportunity to make some cash.

The company recently released a promotional ad on their website and email to registered users, declaring that "The No Smoking Sign is off (in Colorado)," and giving $10 discounts to all flights, not just those flying to Colorado. The promotion has spurred an out-pour of reactions on Twitter.

"If you want to make a beeline for Colorado right now, we don't blame you – but we're up to take you to plenty of chill destinations," says the airline.
